Most of our handcrafted pieces range from $20 to $40, with sterling silver and premium gemstone designs starting slightly higher.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. Shipping within Canada usually takes 3–7 business days, while U.S. orders take 7–10 business days. Final shipping rates and timelines are calculated at checkout.

What is your return or exchange policy?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings. Refunds and exchanges are possible on other items within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

Do you provide gift packaging?

Yes! Each piece comes in our signature packaging, and we also offer customizable gift boxes for special occasions.
