Craftsmanship Guarantee — All Pieces
Every Amora piece is covered against manufacturing defects for 6 months from delivery. If a stone falls out, a clasp fails, a setting collapses, or a join separates under normal wearing conditions — we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What is covered:
- Stone settings loosening or failing under normal wear
- Clasp and finding failures not caused by force or misuse
- Structural joins separating
- Any defect in our making — not yours
What is not covered:
- Damage from impact, bending, or misuse
- Pieces repaired or altered by a third party
- Normal signs of wear (surface marks, minor patina)
By Material
PVD Gold Plating
PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating is significantly more durable than traditional electroplating — engineered to resist fading, chipping, and everyday contact. We're confident enough in this process to cover the finish itself: if your PVD coating shows abnormal deterioration within 6 months under normal use, we will make it right.
Gold Filled
Gold filled pieces contain a layer of solid gold bonded under heat and pressure — 100× more gold than standard plating — and are designed to last for decades with proper care. We cover manufacturing defects and abnormal finish deterioration for 6 months from delivery.
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver (92.5% pure silver) is a living metal. It reacts with oxygen, moisture, and the natural chemistry of skin over time — this is the nature of silver, not a flaw in our making. Tarnishing is not covered under our guarantee. We do cover manufacturing defects — stone settings, clasps, structural joins — for 6 months. And we will always show you how to restore your piece at home, or clean and polish it for you at our Mississauga studio.

How to Make a Claim
Email us at info@amorajewelry.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assess it promptly and, if covered, arrange a repair or replacement at no charge to you.
